Life is a Journey, Not a Destination
As a child, I suffered with frequent headaches. I took several medications only to find that over time they stopped being effective at getting rid of my pain. My mother took me to a chiropractor and I found what I had been searching for – relief from my headaches – but also so much more. I found a way to better manage my stress, to get sick less often, and to enjoy life to the fullest. The impact my chiropractor had on my life was so significant that I couldn’t help but want to follow in his footsteps, and thus my journey began.
I attended the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater, where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I then moved to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, the same school my chiropractor had gone to. I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in October, 2015. After graduation my journey led me to New Mexico, where I was blessed to serve the Rio Rancho community for two years.
In 2016 I joined the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I became certified in the Webster technique and have since also obtained my C.A.C.C.P. (Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics). I believe that chiropractic is for everyone, from our first breath to our last. I believe that good health is our most vital possession and that growing healthier families will lead to a healthier, happier world.
In 2017 I decided to open Oasis Family Chiropractic. Just as an oasis is a fertile spot in the desert providing refuge and relief, it is my vision to provide chiropractic care in an environment conductive to growth and restoration. A place where you and your family can not only heal, but become truly well, expressing your lives to your fullest potential.
I look forward to serving you and your family, wherever you may be on your journey.
